Insulin Education
Sub-contracted by various insulin companies to educate and inform patients on insulin use (prescribed by a medical practitioner) and dosage, together with healthier eating habits to improve insulin usage. Training can be done in person or online.

Discovery Vitality Assessments
Nutrition assessments for patients affiliated with the Discovery Vitality program. Together with a nutrition assessment, points can be gained for the patient and possible screening for disease. Further weight loss action can then be taken and the patient can receive an individualized eating plan.

Genetic Dietary Testing
Testing of the genetic composition of patients via companies (DNAnalysis and Geneway ) to assist with the composition of individualized eating plans and healthy lifestyle changes.

Food Service Consultant
Experience as consultant since 2010 to various food service companies (Sodexo, Feedem, Ukweza) to assess and evaluate current menus and recipes for different institutions such as Private and Governmental Hospitals, Clinics and Retirement Homes. Training of staff about cooking methods, food preparation, hygiene and menu composition for different patients.

Menu Development
Development of menus for individuals, as well as for private companies and hospitals. Menus are for 7 days or 14 day cycles, depending on the type of institution. Nutritionally analysed recipes for the menus can be development for accompaniment. Amount of people can be for smaller families (2 – 4 people) or bigger institutions (100 – 300 patients).
Assessment of menus of institutes for approval by dietician for Department of Social Development – enquire about various rates available for services.

Corporate Wellness Days
Our practice do health assessments of your staff, after health conditions have been identified with them: hypertension, high cholesterol, overweight or known allergies. Individual dietary consultations can be done afterwards, for a comprehensive health report and individualised eating plan.

Speaker to groups & schools
Specified nutrition talks for schools, municipalities & other companies. Travelling have been done in a 200km radius. The practice can be contacted for bookings of health talks, workshops and demonstrations, to be adapted for any group.

Nutritional Analysis & Food Labelling
New products need to be nutritionally analysed for food labels, which can be done according to the latest Food Labelling Law. Suggestions for type of analyses of these products can also be done when contacting the practice.
Recipes and menus can also be nutritionally analysed and specified for possible allergens present.

Recipe development for new products
New products on the market require new recipes to make it more accessible for the public to use in their daily lives.
